Our story began in the summer of 2018, when a simple friendship formed while we were working together at Camp Mabo and Sound of Music. For a year and a half, we grew closer as friends until, on December 19, 2019, Ricardo took the next step and officially asked Norimar to be his girlfriend.

From that moment on, we experienced every stage of growth—personal, professional, and most importantly, as partners. We navigated three years of long distance, a master’s degree, multiple and long hours of studying for our goals, and the challenges of building our careers. Each step shaped us and strengthened our relationship, always moving us closer to the same dream we shared from the very beginning: getting married.

And not just anywhere—but in a place deeply special to us: Assisi, Italy. A place we visited even before becoming a couple (believe it or not, Ricardo’s first time in Assisi was before he was even Norimar’s boyfriend!). For us, Assisi represents love, faith, and above all, peace.

We hold a deep appreciation for everyone who has supported and guided us throughout this nearly seven-year journey. That is why celebrating with you means so much to us. We cannot wait to gather, celebrate, and share this moment with you over our wedding weekend, in Assisi, as we come together to celebrate our love, faith, and the start of our next chapter.
